I took Tikona connection on Dec 21, 2013. My plan was 699Rs + Service tax (20 GB upto 2 mbps). For the first three months I was not have any issues with connectivity but I never got speed upto 2 mbps. That's also fine for me as I am the only user. If I get atleast 1mbps was also fine for me.
But the real thing started after this 3 months only, every week there will be no connection @ all for 1 day and slow speed < 200kbps on other days. If u call the customer care u have to wait for 10-15 mins, then only call get connected and they use to tell we will resolve in 24 hrs blah blah..
This repeated for almost 2 - 3 months I got frustrated sme times there will be no internet @ all for 2 - 3 days but still we need to pay the full amout to WROST Internet Service Provide Tikona. I use to take speed test and attach the screenshots and send the mail to [email protected] but that was also not usefull.
Finally I closed my connection. After this many things happened I will update that in my next post with Speed Test screenshots.
Now with my mobile Internet plan only I am able to create account in this forum and posting the how was Tikona services. Only one word on Tikona is WROST service provider.
My only suggestion is don't go for Tikona.
