Heating issue is 90% fixed with firmware update. That being said, it's still stuck at jellybean.. No kitkat yet.

Why dont anyone who uses MIphones flash with cynogenmod 11 which runs kikat 4.4.4 instead of this stupied MIUI

I thought MI3 runs KitKat out of the box. I think it's Redmi which runs jellybean.
