I mean from what I understand it is quite possible that Xiaomi might bring the Mi 4 model in the coming weeks. It would be stupid of them to delay it much because that would hurt them in the longer run in India. I mean they have already committed the blunder of launching the previous generation model in India on the same day they announced the next generation model. So people going for Mi 3 today might feel not so amused when Mi 4 goes on sale in India for a price that should easily be under Rs. 20,000.

Lol 485$ thats old price for old rumors of 5.5 UHD, 805, 16mp leaks etc

320$ is confirmed for 16gb variant. Release date is not.

For all we know releasing cheap variant of mi3 over after a year was prolly stock clearance for them.

That is the whole point. If they end up releasing Mi4 for 20-22K in the near future, a lot of buyers of Mi3 are going to be pissed off with Xiaomi. Even Samsung and Apple have not dated to do this in the Indian market.

a friend of mine whos mi3's pics i posted while back. his phone while gaming subway surfers is stuttering and getting heated up fast.. this is just after 1 hour of unboxing...

lol this with 800sd and 2gigs ram

im staying away from this initial batch of indian mi3. something is seriously wrong.
