Indian version of RedmiNote 4G (as well as MI4) supports both Band 3 and Band 40 LTE...

yup. they made changes to it and now indian version supports band 3 and 4 simentaniously.

I think a better picture of this would come up when devices are in Hands of users and reviewers who would beat the hell out of it
and then make as actual comparison.

Personally after using Redmi Note 3G for few weeks, I am sure its a very capable Hardware but the even the latest 4.2.2 based MIUI v5 sucks and is full of bugs. Just hate if for few things, but some features are too good to part away from.

I might be moving to CM 10.1 soon(its the only available version) and wait for CM 11
I loved CM from v6 or 7 IIRC loved it on old Samsung GT 5801.
anything above CM 10 is like a BOON for a handset.

Redmi Note 4G is a good device..considering it has MIUI V6 with Kk...its as close to Mi3
