i did not get that message as i have set my nation to be UK in the backend. i guess u try turning that to some other country and than back to india?
 
tried that already didnt workmy preferred content was "english - usa" and timezone "india", address also "india". i changed preferred content to UK and timezone to UK.logged out and logged in.. nothing happened. it didnt ask me to move account to UK.then again changed things to india and india. logged out and logged in nothing happened.looks like u only get one chance :(
 
:Pi guess u can read through the faqs. send them a mail. yahoo does respond from my past experiences.
 
Only one chance??? There should be some way............How can they give only one chance, take it or leave it, thats a copyrighted policy of our Tata Broadband........... :p

@sushubh, i wonder if "DEP" data execution protection has anything to do with this, try disabling it for yahoo messenger if possible... it should be under my computer properties, performance tab
