I have taken you tele broadband connection 2 months back.I wanted an affordable connection with decent speed.I thought i would go for 128kbps.And you tel came with the best offer upto128kbps.I have been contacted by a guy named Balaji telling me that he can waver the months bill if i can refer a guy.i thought it a wonderful idea.So i called them in ,but some other sales guys came to my place (not balaji).To confirm what he said i made them call him and repeat what all he offered.He told me he was workin there 4 more than 6 years.
2 days afterwards i got the connection.i tried to check the speed.but it gave me only max 10KBps.that means its amx 96kbps.I was cheated...i called up the customer care to ask them about my plan.They confirmed that it was upto96Kbps.:wall:.What could i do now.I took the connection already.Believe me all the sales guys with You tele r pakka Frauds.:madness:
But then too i was hopeful as i thought i can refer a frn of mine to get a waver in my months bill.But once i logged into the you tele site 4 that.i found a msg that i cant avail that offer.I am not eligible...Shit!

I called up the customer care.They told me thr was not an offer like that now.It was ther previously n now withdrawn.Oh No!!
I told them i have been offered that way by Mr.Balaji.They told me that Balaji Resigned lately
I tried his number several time but it was out of reach all the time.

I was not ready to give up.i called some other sales guys n they told me that i can get that offer once i ve completed 3 months with you tele.But i told them i had 4 frns who r ready to take the connection.Then he told me he can get me 150/- off the bill for one guy.And with 4 guys i dont have to pay the bill.He said it was from his pocket and it had nothing to do with the company(He will pay me after all of them have taken the connection.).But i knew this time that once i give him the numbers ,he will vanish like Balaji.I simply turned the offer down.
I hoped atleast i mite get some good service as not many had this connection.So there might not be any congestion.But the service proved i was terribly wrong here too.I started loosing the connection the day after i paid my 1st months bill.I called them up and they told me some work was going on in my area.But it went on for 4 or 5 hours in which i made several calls to confirm wen i ll b gettin the connection back.I was told to wait until 7pm.I waited...but it proved fruitless.Even after 9pm, i was not gettin the connection back.I called up again and was told that its my modem problem.And the network problem is rectified.They told me they will send someone to check it the next day.But none turned up next day.But the connection turned right all of a sudden at the evening.:huh:
It was just the beginning of my miseries.From the third day of that incident i started loosing my connection for 2 to 4 hours daily at odd hours.I called them , and i used to get the same reply that .There is maintenance work going on in my Node.And ther wont be any connection till evening 6pm.What am i to do.:huh:
I wonder what they where doing.Wat kind of maintenance they are doing, daily:madness:.
Also i got my bill by 20thof the month.They expect you to pay the bill before 30th of the month(Unlike others).Most ISPs i ve come across bill you from 1-30th, but here they bill from 16th to 15th.Very Strange!!!Also you get a lot of (infact 10 daily)
calls to pay it before 30th.I told them i used to pay the bill just before the last day billed (here 15th of next month).They said it was ok.And again some one else will call up to remind you that you got to pay b4 30th.Shit!!!

Atlast i had to download call blocker for my phone and i blocked all those numbers.

Then on 14th i called them up asked them to get the money.They send someone to collect the bill.After paying the bill even b4 15th, i got a late payment charge of 50Rs in the next bill.I am atlast fed up.
I dont want the same condition with any of you my friends.So if you are going for a good internet connection.Pls dont go for You Tele Broadband.And never believe sales persons (ask them for credible proofs brochures,pamphlets of the company).
