Tried to get one upon cousin's request. Waiting list popped up at 2PM instead of buy option. These companies are insulting customers. Any lawyer here?. Isn't this a restrictive/unfair trade practice and punishable offence?.

i am going to say that this is similar to standing in line to buy a movie ticket. if you are late, you do not get the ticket. you are not entitled for the ticket.

flipkart first reservation might be in violation of the government regulations based on a tweet conversation i had with a lawyer few months ago.
