the customer care guy was totally unable to explain me the mess. the best explanation i got was... the child connection was not for 1 year as i was told.they just added 1500 rupees to my account (that is one year payment for child connection).they increased the package charges later. so 150 did not apparently work out for the child connection. in the end, they ate up all the money by january 22 including the 1000 bucks i added in december. i was told, the money is up used. i need to pay up more for further connectivity.
