this is just not done... dish maxi pack subcribers of dish were charged rs 300. this included all cnbc channels. but now they have removed all cnbc channels and asked for rs 25 more for getting these channels. there is no price protection for existing subscribers. i just dnt undst how can they do something like this to their own subscribers

Dish TV sucks the blood these days. Now there is a new pack called Maxi Plus, Which includes CNBC.

i renewed the maxi pack on 10/10/2008 through online using credit card. at that time no maxi plus but with in three day(from 13th onwards) they included a maxi plus pack and bared CNBC channel. is it my mistake?. No. they supposed bar from next month onward if I chose Maxi pack instead of Maxi plus.

One more thing is still (14-10-2008) online payment doesn't have provision to pay maxplus pack. one can understand there customer service.

I tried to talk to the customer care but more that 12min I am getting the message " your call is important to us". I lost Rs. 12. Sucked my blood.
SMS commands given in website is wrong. each SMS is charged Rs. 3.

They too suck blood like vampire in many aspect. I post in consecutive posts about that.
I am planning to throw Rs. 4150 set top box.

People should be very careful with this vampire and its disclaimer.

“Dish TV reserves the right to add / drop a channel / package / service from any package and / or change the package rates.”

they reserve the right doesnt mean that existing subscription of the customer can be changed esp when there is a cost implication to it.

Your are right and agree with you. I am also a frustrated customer. pl read the last two sentence of my post you will understand.
