Zee Dish TV DTH: No Signal on STB

nopes it was too clear there. I logged an complaint to CC and after 3-4 hours I received a message saying "YOUR complaint id is and it has been resolved". i switched on STB and it was working. :thumb:

There must have been some issue did they inform you as to why was the signal problem? so that in future you may not face the same problem again

Some times I am getting signal problem in my regional channel " OTV" three days back I have never found any signal on the channel and the channel was black on the tv screen. I think some problem in broadcasting on dishtv platform.

That could be the problem did you call CC to identify this issue?

i also have this type of problem once in a 3-4 months, i take my tv to the roof and re-align the dish and it works fine. do this if you don't want to pay to the company person

Good suggestion but how do we know if it is correctly aligned??
