Zee Dish TV DTH: Recharge issue - Help needed

Hi guys,I have re-charged by account using card for Rs 500.Package : south gold(Tamil)+ telugu addon.My current status was got updated,Next re-charge is at April.But i am getting only telugu channel ..non of the other channels is comming.Tried contacting many customer care numbers ..non of contacting to customer card guys ..my call was keep on kept in wait ..Also i sent mail ..no update.How i can go with it now.Thanks,Prem
 
When you have recharged your account.....Further if you are still facing this problem even after 24 hrs of recharging then i would suggest you to mail you concern to Dishtv Customer care again with Transaction details and your VC number.

CC is useless. Shocking to see that even the email support is filled with shit.
 
I refilled my Zee DishTV account online today using debit card but still my account shows the status as "Deactive" and so also on the TV. Does it normally take some hours to process the payment and if so how much time?

Customercare and aftersale service are important aspect to keep the customer stuck to the brand inefficiency to cater to these needs will not be tolerated by any customer.
 
I recharged my Zee DishTV account online today using debit card. My Bank Account got debited but its shows as "Pay ur Recharge to Enjoy ur service
 
I started getting channels the next day after recharging through debit card.You just have to keep your STB switched on for some time to get all the channels you recharged for.
