Zee Dish TV DTH : Renewal problems

hi, my renewal date is on 27th of this month. i forgot to renewal on 26th, so i renewed on 28th morning through credit card. in the afternoon dishtv got the renewal amount. till today my package is not renewed as they started to remove all my channels from yesterday evening even though i paid my renewal charges. today morning when i called CC, they told me that within 10 o'clock my package will be renewed. still my package is not yet renewed. :wall: this is wat i faced the problem from dishtv. now can anybody help me in this regard?:(
 
call again.. :Dor.. just update the software.. n search for channels...may not work.. ask the CC
 
finally yesterday evening my package got renewed after calling to customer care twice. but this is very bad service from dish tv:madness:

The outlined procedure (as I undertand thru experience0 is that after paying/renewing, we are supposed to talk to CC and activate the renewal. This is because they have various methods of payment and various options for renewing..
 
they shud introduce ECC, electronic clearing service. Like MTNL, Reliance Energy have done here. i.e. its automatically deducted from ur bank account every month. customer wud be happy and they too.
 
zee is famous for charging you multiple times if you place an order for a movie on demand. no one would take the risk of allowing them to take the money out of their banks :D
 
The best option is to renew atleast 3-4 days in advance before the actual renewal date if you are doing it thro' Dish TV website. If its going to be the last minute thing better go to the dealer and make sure he updates immediately in the Dish TV account. In my case only once the renewal thro' website has taken over 3 days out of about 10 times.
 
sometimes it will be difficult to pay the renewal charges 3 - 4 days before due to some problems. but still this is very bad service from dish tv.
 
i pay after they disable. they usually disable after a couple of days and i like to get the free days :P
 
haha! i thought they wud deduct those many days when u pay.
