One of most confusing packages present in the market today are from Dish TV only. To quote I receive a message saying my package is upgrade to some entertainer package and I would be charged extra for this from next recharge onwards.

I dont know why did they do this. I dint ask them to upgrade me to any package.... :ishock::ishock:

I agree the web site design isnt good and its confusing ...... My friend ended up accidentally recharging for 6 months when he tried to recharge online .... lolBut then most DTH operators dont have professional websites

The most important feature should be : Easy to understand, so the customer does not end up overrecharging or underecharging as it involves live transaction.
