Zee Dish TV: forgot password doesn't works

Has anyone here tried resetting their DISH TV Account Password, I don't think so, cause I've been trying this for 3 months and every time it just shows a DB connection error and no password is received on e-mail.

mail to [email protected] with ur vc no. & ur stb no. U'll get new user name and password.

If you are facing any problem in creating login and password, Then Just mail your VC No and STB No to dishtv customer care on email id: [email protected] and they will provide you the user name and password.

This has happened to me once when i used some symbol at the beginning of the password. I was not able to open the account so i mailed this problem to dishtv and they provided the new password for the account.
I have even tried the "password forgot" option even the its was not solved just try to mail the dishtv you might me lucky if they attend your query
