Duh. One of the STB has stopped working. It is stuck on Loading Now message in the Blue Box.Restarting has no effect. Taking out the card and putting it in has no effect.I guess it has either hung or the firmware/software is corrupted.My question. Is this fixable? Whom do I contact? Is Zee Dish TV customer care any useful?

i guess i will try power drain in the morning... called up customer care. they told me to contact the local service center thingy. gave me a number and an address. i will call that dude tomorrow.i do not have an AMC so i am not sure what i would be charged for a replacement (if required)...i hate the new age. u need amc for practically everything. washing machine, LCD TVs, STBs... i thought new technology was supposed to be more reliable. sadly it's not and it's designed to make the customer pay per year through some kind of subscription.
