zee dish tv website not working?

I tried to loginto Dishtv.in to renew my account, but its not working.Is it only my problem?

I have been trying from yesterday onwards, the payment area in dishtv website is not working. I don't know how dishtv people are not knowing the problem. I think these are the problems can rectify within hours.

problem was with renew for lost 5 day ..called CC ..they told they are checking ..already they disconnected all my pay channel ..how to renew it?? do we have any other way ..Even retails shop cannot renew it .. Atleast they should not disconnect it tell problem got resolved ..Again Dish TV sucks.. Using Dish tv for last 2 yrs ..so bad..

yeah they did the same with me. i was moved to platinum package without my confirmation. and then they went ahead and ate up 1000 bucks in a month.

CC support is a backbone for every product but this useless peoples disconnect the calls of cust really a shit:wall:
