zee dish tv website not working?

Dish TV's website needs a massive improvement. Seems very amateurish. Tata Sky website is the ultimate compared to all DTH operators in India.Recharges and Showcase purchases are activated instantly via Tata Sky website or even using the SMS service.

Online recharge still down here is the error i am getting -Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0126'Include file not found/AutoMigrate/vcpros.asp, line 2The include file '../../includes/dishtvfunctions.asp' was not found.Tried multiple browsers no go, also the recharge nos still not working call disconnects after you put the vc no, while it waits to connect to support

once i called DISH tv cust care and i just got connected to them after 15 min and then i started talking but the call is disconnected and once again i had called them and the same thing has happened wat an shit CC they maintain:wall:

Finally last night at around 11 pm. i got through the recharge no and was able to pay Rs 310 using my credit card, before the IVR could complete telling the the transaction ID for the same the call got cut.I am unhappy with the amount of time and effort it took to do a simple job like recharging my account .The activity started on 15th Feb and ended on 24rth Feb .Involved over 25 calls, to customer care and recharge no.3 emails to customer care.Unlimited attempts to log in and pay online ....Will dish tv pay for all the time i have wasted in doing the above in last one week, just to recharge my account

it has always been painful for me. i have tried credit card payment and paying through my icici bank account.when i paid from my icici bank account, it took them 2-3 days to realize that i had in fact made the payment and that too only after i sent them a screenshot of the transaction from my icici backend.

Neither the customer care pick up the phone, Nor any reply to the mails, which I've been sending for 3 days now. But as soon as the subscription has expired, the channels went off air. If there is a problem with their system, how come the channels lift off works correctly. We need to do something about these guys !
