Naah! its very badly designed website, you need to click the red link to choose, downgrade, upgrade or stay put, the default selection is to upgrade.

My suspicion is DishTV purposefully put the site to down. The kind of SQL error shown can be fixed in minutes. If you are not able to pay through the site and choose any other payment option, you will be defaulted to platinum package because you don't have option to select the package when it is not done through web site. I think that is what dish tv wants.

Well i was already in platinum package and wanted to continue with the same, so no worries on the same, was able to recharge finally on 24rth on phone late night , made the payment of rs 310, good part is dish tv did not charge me rs 25 for the grace period as i had sent them regular emails regarding the website and recharge no failures
