Just checked the website. Yes, Colors have been added in the Platinum Pack for all North Users. Also spoke to the Dish TV CC. They said that all customers who have already paid for Colors ch will get a viewing credit of the equivalent cost. It will take 2-3 days for the credit to get updated.
