Zepto is copying the few good ideas Grofers had but killed. And Blinkit is copying the user interface.

Zepto now has

2rs platform fee.
7rs handling charge.
And for the first time, free delivery required me to press a button which obviously is off by default.

And I am not a pass member.

Handling charge and platform fee will apply whether you are a pass member or not.

Platform fees were introduced in mid february. Handling charges have been there for as long as I can remember, but have increased from 5 to 15 rupees.
