I get it, here LCO was promoting it so naturally he has taken the distribution work. If at your place LCO doesn't know or hasn't taken any such connection then it might never be provided, you can contact your known LCO if any. Might be this case

Talking from exp when I once forwarded OneBB connection sales to my LCO guy but he was not interested so that time OneBB was totally scrapped to enter at my area.
 
update: Last month going on and my LCO changed the connection to Meghbela due to some server issue at main Zita hub. So new Zita connections also might get delayed
 
Yes, pushed backwards into 200 Mbps plan these suck ers, I have visited their office and asked angrily to change to zita they obliged lets see. Meghbela (AS45804) is so bad it uses Vodafone(AS55410) upstream, so much ping issue.

Update: today Zita broadband connection restored, also now new connection requests are being taken.

On which no did u guys send ur adress and other details? I got one no. Send them my details then on no response though my area has zita as per sanchar sathi.. I'm frustrated with this dumb JIO

This one is really cheap, however yes one can say Alliance has changed their game too but issue with Alliance is their downtime and constant to and fro game with their local hub is irritating while here if LCO is turned out to be good then sweet spot. Sure I will post a review after my quarterly...

@f0r3he4d even Railwire has denied services for my area, so I got Zita option only sadly but it s working fine now. LCO straightaway denied 8K yearly pack and even online complaint didn't do much
