I get it, here LCO was promoting it so naturally he has taken the distribution work. If at your place LCO doesn't know or hasn't taken any such connection then it might never be provided, you can contact your known LCO if any. Might be this case

Talking from exp when I once forwarded OneBB connection sales to my LCO guy but he was not interested so that time OneBB was totally scrapped to enter at my area.

update: Last month going on and my LCO changed the connection to Meghbela due to some server issue at main Zita hub. So new Zita connections also might get delayed

meghbela is really bad from what ive heard. you might also not be getting 500mbits anymore

Yes, pushed backwards into 200 Mbps plan these suck ers, I have visited their office and asked angrily to change to zita they obliged lets see. Meghbela (AS45804) is so bad it uses Vodafone(AS55410) upstream, so much ping issue.

Update: today Zita broadband connection restored, also now new connection requests are being taken.
