Looking at the specs, I wonder why do the big companies charge so much for their tabs?I guess tabs shud be available around 15-20 k

R&D? Marketing? Service Support? these tablets are a result of R&D done by bigger companies. the devices are manufactured in china and the tech is leaked out which is then used to make cheapo alternative. if the bigger companies do not create the basic infrastructure needed to manufacture their own tablets, who do you think would supply components for these cheapo tablets? when you pay a high price for a new tech, you are not paying just for the hardware you are getting, you are also paying for the R&D that went into it.
