I have been facing problem with Data and Calls since Saturday....now everything seems to fall back to normal.....Calls getting connected in no attempts be it A-VO-ID....what surprises me is calls to BSNL connects without any hurdles and quality of call is fantastic.....cos I have a BSNL prepaid and it takes atleast 10 attempts to connect from my Airtel or Vodafone nos.....So having fun while it lasts

There should be 4th option in this poll - It's already useless. 
At the moment I am just using it for data and I am dissapointed not by the daily limit but by the number of sites which have been blocked or throttled in jio including this one. Maybe the Ambanis are afraid of competition thats why airtel.in takes ages to open up. Surprisingly youtube and torrents are not throttled. Or am I the only one with these problems? (btw my speeds are around 10 mbps average )
Boing Boing is blocked on Reliance Broadband. Though it should be accessible on Jio

SNAPDEAL site is also not working on jio and working on all other broadbands and mobile networks.

Neo8 both the site you mentioned are working on my jio connection, can you check if http://upe.bsnl.co.in/ is working on jio or not.
