Rumored Reliance Jio Fiber Broadband Plans

All he knows that it's from jio and connected to a tower through underground wires. The electricity meter is separate for it which paid by jio.

India only have 18 million broadband users. How jio gigafiber gonna get 50 million broaband connections?

"India have 18 million broadband users". It means the rest of the people and businesses don't have (wired) broadband. Even in a municipality such as mine, Jio can get at least 1000 *new* connections in no time! They wouldn't concentrate on converting existing users, because, wired broadband users stick to their ISP longer. For example, if Airtel provides the same price and speed as JioFiber, I don't think Airtel users would make the switch. Where JioFiber could win over Airtel is in the add-ons (such as IPtv, IoT, etc).

My neighbor has a big system box of jio, does anybody knows what it is? The wires(different colors) goes right into the ground and it runs 24/7 even when there is no electricity.

Can you click a picture ? I can tell you what it is.

Also, I have jio gigafiber in my apartment and there's no power supply or anything to it. There are just underground cables coming into my building (They have RJIL OFC written on the ducts) and a junction box that sends fibre cables into flats.

eNodeB is for Wireless Communications (Maybe It's a base station for Tower).

Edit:

The E-UTRAN handles the radio communications between the mobile and the evolved packet core and just has one component, the evolved base stations, called eNodeB or eNB. Each eNB is a base station that controls the mobiles in one or more cells. The base station that is communicating with a mobile is known as its serving eNB.
