What is the Wi-Fi coverage provided by JioExtend devices?

JioExtend consists of a pair of devices which help in strengthening the internet connectivity of a premises by extending the connectivity even to the remote corners where the WiFi signal from the JioFiber home gateway router is unable to reach. Using JioExtend ensures carpet coverage of WiFi inside your home/office.
Using JioExtend eliminates the need for drawing Ethernet cables in the house from one room to the other.
The WiFi signal provided by JioExtend devices is expected to cover a room size of approximately 1000 Sq. Ft. of open area, provided there is minimum obstruction by walls.

This is not new. I have seen this in FAQs since 2017. And it is priced at 8000/- . Its available for purchase and they give next day delivery, but wonder if anybody would buy this, when Netgear and others are offering repeaters under 1500

No, you have to call up jiofiber care and order it. They will do home delivery.

yeah its a mesh solution much better than wifi repeaters Hathway had this with their 300mbps plans i think in chennai when they launched it there. believe it was TP-Link Deco mesh or something
