Carrier Aggregation on Airtel 4G LTE

I don't know the exact configuration Airtel was using as i don't have a rooted device (or something convenient like Samsung's engineering mode) but Airtel was on carrier aggregation during most of my underground metro travelling
I also tried Jio on Kalkaji metro station (which is underground) on the platform and initially got 130-135 Mbps which throttled down to 100 Mbps and was using carrier aggregation.

Then i think there they are using normal towers underground coz Jio's small cells doesn't support CA. In Chennai's underground metro station Jio uses Small Cells with 1x1 SiSo which gives just 25Mbps speeds and Airtel no signal.

I have only travelled in Delhi Metro so my experience is limited to that, maybe Airtel and Jio are using newer Small cells in underground metro stations in Delhi which supports CA and better modulation.
Extreme speeds(100 Mbps+) occur only at stations and not in between (ranges from 10-30 Mbps) so maybe full tower at stations and small cells in between
Full/better small cell seems like a necessity in big underground stations as the the amount of people inside the station is easily 1000+

Is that NetMonster app?
Wouldn't trust that app, mostly shows fake info
There have been detailed discussion about that app in this forum i believe.

Anyone who wants to try 100 Mbps+ on 4G+ can try doing speedtest in newer underground metro stations whenever they are travelling(one i have tried is magneta line)
Was able to get 100+ Mbps on 4-5 stations i tried on Airtel
Yes i too tried in an underground cell in kolkata metro

Its small cell. Here Jio uses only Band 40 20Mhz with 2x2 Mimo and No 10Mhz so no CA using Small cells
