Hi,

The upload speed is 1/10th of download speed since I have opted for paid plans. Every FTTH service gives symmetric speeds, that’s the point of opting for fiber service. For example, if it is Rs. 199 combo or Bronze or Silver plan then upload speed is around 8-9 Mbps whereas download is around 96-98 Mbps. Why have you decided to provide asymmetric speeds for paid plans when in the Preview offer the speeds were symmetric (i.e same upload and download speed)?

I would request you to roll back this decision and implore you to ponder upon your decision-making process.

There is already discontent amongst users regarding low data caps aka FUP in your regular plans. The data caps aka FUP is too low for a FTTH connection, I understand you are providing various other benefits as add ons to the connection, but the primary use of an FTTH connection is providing internet data rest of the stuff is secondary. I would also like to request you, have a relook about the data benefits you have allotted in your plans especially the lower tier plans i.e. Bronze, Silver and Gold.

My email to jiofiber.

what good is the upload speed for?? I mean even before on preview plans while uploading on filehost sites my upload speed used to be around 100-150 KBps (On almost every filehost sites that host pirated content.) speedtest used to show 40 Mbps (= 5MBps) tho.
Uploading to Google drive I would get around 10-15 MBps in the preview days.
