They vanished from your account because they got certain validity that you won't be able to redeem after it got over.

I think they don't expire until you activate them. They will expire when base plan expires(after activating them). You can see what is written in validity.

I didn't even redeem these before, now i tried to redeem and it was successful.

They might expire after 90 days if not redeemed like the Jio sim vouchers.
