Help me to choose an ISP. BSNL / Alliance

I have 2 connections BSNL and Alliance. I like to drop one of it from next month. Please help me which one should I keep. BSNL or Alliance broadband.

Keep the one which is working for you choose that one, parameters could be the one which gives good uptime, less pings and doesn't trouble in day to day online work
