Really bad internet speeds and constant drops on BSNL FTTH

@shashankb Got it. I raised a complaint from BSNL's self-service portal and also called my vendor to raise a complaint with them about the slow speeds and high pings while gaming.

This surely confirms a problem on BSNL`s side. For further clarification maybe you should run one speedtest after 12Am or before 7Am ..The traffic congestion is least at these times.
As you have booked a complaint , I am sure some output will come
 
Please go to status page.There try different option on the left panel.Find PON details.

Yeah I will test it tonight and post the result.
 
Yupp,signal is near the limit.
Usual variance of 2 is common in signal.
Contact LCO saying you have weak optical signal.
They will solve it.Issue is not with BSNL.(probably)
