@Xposed what kind of backend team does jio has, they are giving symetrical speeds to new recharges bt cant not do just a simple update to the old recharges or the annual customers.shame on jio.they it first gave us hope and excitement and now they are doing blunder

Well the thing is the existing customers paid for the current and even long term plans knowing the upload speed and accepting it willingly. So there is no obligation on Jio’s part to offer anything more than promised and agreed upon at the time people purchased the plans. They have upgraded all plans to unlimited data even though they were not obligated to do so. So we should appreciate that rather than criticising them. If we need symmetrical speeds we can recharge with new plans and enjoy it. Otherwise, use the plan you paid for and get what you paid for.

then they should not give the messege for upgrading our plans.to unlimited data and symmetrical speeds.and it is also written in their privacy policy

What about those who recharge in advance just after receiving free upgrade message? The message was itself part of marketing to lure old customers so they can recharge with long term plan.
