so then where is the 150 mbps speed.it still not there .and who told you that these are not symmetrical check out the new privacy policy.
You are confusing two different documents. The one you posted now is for people recharging new plans. The one you posted earlier talks about extending benefits to old customers. That only promises unlimited internet. It doesn’t mention symmetrical speed.

Well the thing is the existing customers paid for the current and even long term plans knowing the upload speed and accepting it willingly. So there is no obligation on Jio’s part to offer anything more than promised and agreed upon at the time people purchased the plans. They have upgraded all plans to unlimited data even though they were not obligated to do so. So we should appreciate that rather than criticising them. If we need symmetrical speeds we can recharge with new plans and enjoy it. Otherwise, use the plan you paid for and get what you paid for.
I agree with you on the contractual agreement part. I however do support calling the company out on its shady practices.
Also, let me point something out:
Your plan Unlimited Data is now active on JioFiber Service ID XYZ. Entitlements: Benefits 1. Unlimited data Validity and Speed - As per base plan You can view your current and queued plans by clicking on https://www.jio.com/my_plans
This confirmation text mentions speed as per base plan. The base plans have now been upgraded to the new plans, evident in the app and on the website. Even after ignoring the shady false texts, this text does directly translate to the subscriber with an existing plan receiving the same benefits as the new plan (at least related to data and speed).

there is written to match the benifit of the newplans.that means symmetrical speeds

No, not in the case of gold plan.
In what way? If you meant with the name, you can crib about it to Jio and refer them to ‘Diamond’ that’s been changed to ‘Diamond+‘
