Unable to trace reddit.com in 30 hops

I arranged a tech visit at my home regarding this routing issue, the guy who visited took someone on the call who seemed to be a knowledgeable person and he told me that despite having their own licenses classes and infra, JIO is borrowing bandwidth from other providers and sometimes an IP gets blocked among these ASNs thereby obtaining a non optimal route which severely affects latency. He said they will try to fix this issue. He also said that he is getting a load of similar complaints on regular basis and this issue is something that plagues JIO only, as other ISPs having same issues can resolve stuff for the client by issuing a static IP. He mentioned that airtel, despite having the same level of network security as JIO has better latency overall and faces no such issues.
I still dream of technical people like this in BSNL rather than them telling to restart my ONT🤣🤔

Sorry if I'm interfering, but why does everyone think that this slow Reddit performance is happening only on Jio? I'm using GTPL KCBPL which uses TATA/Airtel as their backends and even here also, everything buffers on Reddit. Pictures take too long to load, and videos buffer frequently during playback.

Here's my traceroute:

Reddit became slow for me too today, it was working fine till yesterday but now it's unusable for anything other than loading text. This problem was also there on BSNL fiber
