30 units charging in a go gives 200KM run.

Is it same for with or without AC.
What is total time taken for full charge?
How much power(units) is consumed for full charge?
And what is the total distance we can cover with a full charge?
And does the battery discharge, if do not use it for some time a week or a month?

For fast chargers it charges in 1-1.5 hours from 20 to 80 percent.

This does not seem good vis a vis petrol/ diesel car, you just refuel in 5/7mins at Fuel station and go.

What is the cost of getting a fast charger installed?

Sales Representative at Tata Motors told me you can fast charge your EV at any of thse stations.

Imho 100 km monthly running doesn't even calls for a petrol car let alone an EV.
You would be better off with Ola, Uber and other rentals saving petrol, maintenance and repair costs.
