Man, this is weird. I have never seen a 10.x.x.x IP assigned for the internet profile. This is usually the case for a Voice profile. And it sure does work, but isn't as good as a pure Internet profile IP.
It is possible for you to come on remote? Anydesk or Teamviewer?

Telnet is kinda basic on this anyways. I turned it on by modifying the config file. Don't have the ONT anymore so I can't help you much. But you need to get the config file from backup and restore section, modify the Telnet enabled flag and restore it. https://broadband.forum/t/206904/page-3

When you ask the LCO to change your port and assign a new VLAN, also ask them to configure a voip profile for you. And mail Genexis support for new firmware in the meanwhile.
Also, you mentioned that you changed NAT type? Let it remain at what is default.
also try unchecking Enable NAT on the internet profile page.
The objective is to get the default gateway out of the 10.xx. so keep checking wan status after each such try.
