@Abhi_VNS @Khalidahmed8 Same here. At the time of installation, they said the landline will be live in a month or two. It's been 5 months for this connection and landline service is still not started as of now here in Bihar.

Is there restrictions on the number of plans changes in a month?

Last month I was also told Landline service would start within a month but no progress. Voip led doesn't even light up for me :/

my prime subscription got disabled after i switched from 200mbps to 100mbps (both 6 months) i noticed that after i while coz i had given it someone else and it stopped for them.
