Airtel Xstream Broadband: Frequent Disconnection Problem

@pillaicha Thanks for your suggestion.

For my account PPPoE profile is still active. So I configured PPPoE with bridge mode in Pfsense and in PPPOE mode I am not seeing any disconnections used it for more then a day now. So my educated guess is Airtel screwed something in backed with my static IP setting.

Not able to find someone from Airtel who can understand and provide me solution. They customer care are not able to understand what is my issue. I requested them many times that let someone from NOC/Backed team call me. But I get call from local engineer who can not fix my issue.
 
Planning to use PPPoE mode and script to update public IP. Pfsense Dynamic DNS service is broken for me. I am running Pfsense 2.5.1. Seems like Pfsense 2.5 is not a stable release. Even OpenVPN client export was broken in 2.5.0.

 
Still waiting for Airtel to assign me new static ip. Anyone knows what is the TTL for PPPoE session in Airtel. My PPPoE session is active from 7 days.
 
My pppoe session is active since 3 months, not once disconnected.
 
That is great. For me also connection is stable and not seeing any disconnection during power cuts
