Yes I'm getting discount every month indeed. Ah, i think I asked them to file a complaint about power bill discount and they said you will get a call from superior and tell your problem in detail to him/her. And I got a call I think next day, I told her the issue about not giving power bill discount and I had to call them every month . Then she said about the port method and yeah technician came and work done.Mine is also in port number 1. Because in Jan 2020 when they gave the discount their technician came to verify and It was in 1st port.
