well i've been using MTNL past 4 years and I belong to Delhi.

Are you using MTNL Broadband? Which plan? You have any speed fluctuations or downtime? What is your location?

Yes I'm using MTNL Broadband and plan is Freedom 800. I've never had speed fluctuations though i dont prefer downloading in daytimes most of my downloading is done in night and never had issues. I'm residing at paschim vihar and disconnections occur hardly in 6 months

Very optimistic.

I am about to go MTNL Broadband. After i am done with this FUPtel retention team.

Today i visited Commercial Officer to complaint about disturbance in phone line. Didn't got a good response. He said we will look into the matter. I didn't push him hard enough because i am yet to apply for Broadband connection. So i will see how is the connection service and see how everything goes.

So you getting 2 Mbps from 11:00-8:00? Does you speed change to 2 Mbps everyday? I have heard that some customers speed don't get to 2 Mbps even after 11 PM. Are you having this kind of problem?

Well I've faced that issue a couple of times too of not getting 2 mbps but that is justified as when there server's are under maintenance you get 2mbps the whole day and sometimes the other day also if lucky. Mostly I get 2mbps as per the promised timings but you can easily get 2 mbps quite early just by a couple of modem reboots (9pm - 2pm).

Do you have any disturbance in phone line? Because i have. Don't know if that will affect Broadband connection.

Well I had disturbance too in phone line and I complaint about it alot and they came to rectify it multiple times but the issue persisted. I didn't show interest as my internet was working totally fine but the disturbance disappeared like a month ago so all good now
