Hi guys!

I wanted to contact BSNL whether they serve my area or not because no one have broadband connection in my area. I have submitted a form to apply for BSNL Broadband connection but I've not received any call since two days, so will they take even more days or it is useless like most of there website stuff?

I can call the customer care number but I don't think that they know whether it is possible to give connection here or not. So, is there anyway to get contact details of local BSNL office? Will they actually call me? And can I get any email address of someone from BSNL who will actually reply me?

Also, as I'll use it just for Internet and don't need a telephone at all, so can you tell me how will they charge me?

So, they've moved udaan to cdr. How does one check lead status?

Earlier, the status page listed the name and number of the sales associate alloted to you.

Okay, by the way can you tell me how do they charge on monthly basis?

Plan rate + tax. First month charges include installation + one month of plan rent in addition to regular bill. Take combo plan to save on landline rent

Thanks for the info. And can you tell me if I don't want landline than will they still charge me for landline because I don't need landline at all!

I was thinking of getting Rs. 795 plan, so will I be charged for landline too?

Thanks again for the info! :)

So, I'll need to have combo plan? By the way, I just looked around and found no pole of landline  So, does it means that there is no chance that they could offer broadband services here? There office will open on Monday, so I'll need to wait two days. :russianroulette:

So, just as a guess, can you tell if they will provide broadband offer to me?
