IMO this should be a piece of cake as 2 Mbps compared to the other countries is pretty poor. It should've been done a few years back and by all accounts should not be boasted by the Government as a revolution.Its a neccessity not a luxury.Right. I am also pretty sure Broadband revolution is just around the corner.
If they still say that they do not have the infrastructure then i give up.
From all the FRAUD that started with FUP,false advertisings of "2 Mbps super speed,BSNL is all you need" and "4G fastest network EVER",this should not be the case on 1 october.
Its 2015 that is about to end not 2005 that 512 kbps is still branded as "MINIMUM BROADBAND".All companies have been fooling customers since FUP was implemented.
If this does not happen now then i don't think this will happen the next year.
