Got it waived off after talking with CC.

EDIT : Which city are you facing these problems in? I am asking this because in Mumbai I did not face the same issue.

Wow. They call that bill shock as surprises? At least they waived off after complaining...

I was charged an extra 100 rs for an additional 10GB last month, but the CC reverted it immediately after I called them. But now my extra 10GB as part of Airtel Surprise is gone too, I am now trying to get it back for the past two days.
Nice, I hope I don't have to deal with that next month.
