True, but I don't think that this banner would be the cause..that's not happening at all..if this change is contributing to it..then probably he doesn't know what internet is..
Digital India is falsely advertised. Its just started to blind the less educated people that India is being digitalised. Its just another reflection of Modi's own self image i.e. use the advertising to the fullest and make promises without having an actual base to fulfill them while they'll start another Digital India-esque initiative when people eventually find out the credibility of the former.Yeah the way Modi was talking about Digital India worldwide i was hoping they at lease raise Minimum Broadband Definition in Digital India programme. Offcourse Digital India Inititiative is good for India and its people but they need to look more inside, we are just way behind fromm other Countries, yesterday I could no even watch live streaming of his tours on my Mobile with 512 kbps connection which forces me to just watch the snaps he has been posting which is pathetic if he wants to connect with the people of India.
The actual thing is they are not considering the basic requirement, and if not 2 Mbps at least consider 1 mbps. Setting up WIFI at Railways and providing high speed Broadband to Rural was like a big joke because people living in urban cities are unable to view normal 360p videosDigital India is falsely advertised
