Until the modem disconnects, the 2MBps is there.
Bsnl already confirmed it is upto 1GB. Plans are put up on their site.

Would be intrested to know:-

1. Any change in ping patterns? Due to everyone reaching 2mb and beyond. So it create a bottle neck at some exchanges. Generally, bsnl/mtnl uses the ring to reach IR's.

2. Anyone got fup'd? What is the speed now?

3. Any changes on adsl properties like snr etc?
