So as we all have gone through the disappointment this month by BSNL is there anyone who changed their ISP or who seriously intends to shift to other ISP as I have noticed that in Maharashtra Circle they are not giving any promotional Plans either and this 2Mbps plan is just a Joke, and its painfull to be on a 512 Kbps connection, so kindly request you to please share your views on it.

I have already told the trick. Little bit of data packet tickling specially at data link layer (layer 2osi)and you are done. It cannot be straight way than this.

It can be applied to any network type wire/wireless....LAN, ADSL and even regular mobile data communication.
