another user experience with tez support.
the scratch card issued to me last week did not get enabled on october 8 5pm. checked today and it was still behaving as if 8th october has not arrived. app did not show the chat option so i tried call me back option. no one picked up the phone. found the tez customer number on google website so called it. the lady on the phone tried her best to resolve my issue but she absolutely had no idea how to. first she was confused on my gmail id as it did not have any numbers and just had my name. problem was that she misspelled my name as sushudh. lol. spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to find out why that freaking scratch card would not work. eventually we both gave up. funny enough, as soon as i cut the call, the scratch card became active and had a thenga.
i still have not received any response for the first query i sent to them. my first payment never generated a scratch card so i lost a chance at making some money.
also happened today. did a transaction with nishant. incoming payment still does not show in tez app. outgoing payment did not enable the sunday scratch card in the app. transaction took almost 30 seconds to go through. seems to be pretty messed up.

what other kinds of offers are blocked from you guys? i mean do you get Paytm cashback? Amazon pay cashback? i am guessing this only applies on cases where there is no fixed or confirmed benefit? this means you guys are still eligible for 51 rupee bonus for inviting a new user? or even that is not allowed?
