@ warthog
Alone BJP got 282 seats. People from all the strata voted BJP. People wanted change. I know for sure that Modi will be 100 times better PM than our robot Manmohan Singh..

Association for Democratic Reforms

Party wise Winners with Serious Criminal Cases: 63 (22%) out of 281 winners analysed from BJP , 3 (7%) out of 44 winners from INC , 3 (8%) out of 37 winners from AIADMK, 8 (44%) out of 18 winners from Shiv Sena and 4 (12%) out of 34 winners fielded by AITC winners have declared serious criminal cases against themselves in their affidavits.
Just plain facts.

I wonder where the percentage will stand over the next 5 years, If I am not wrong it may come down drastically as "time" progresses....

Regarding Criminal cases its hard to say; people had chance to vote for whatever they felt right and they voted for person with delinquent past.
Maybe AAP could have eliminated some of it, but population didn't like candidates with cleaner image BAD CHOICE.

Just rumors. No official statement. Could be just another poor attempt by mainstream news media to discredit the AAP MPs. Plus I think if they think they have a chance at beating SAD in Punjab, it would be better to have best candidates for the local elections. It just makes more sense. I mean I guess he can contest the election and if they get the seats, he can decide on resigning.
