200 Recharge

Hi frnds, I have done the recharge on 25-Apr for the amount of 200 rupees. When i bought the card they said validity period is 70 days. But yesterday i got a message my account will expire on 25-May. When I spoke to CC they said, as per the system my account will expire on 25 May only. Is this problem any body had faced? Regards,Balu
 
may be the shopkeeper would have said wrongly... this happened to me for mobile recharges many times :(

It happend to my friend as well. When we recharged for Rs.500 and also we got 2 months free offer(which ends in May). But we got a mail on the stb telling that our subscribition going to end on May! But it is still working :) May be similar thing to you as well. Check on May 26th. If it works then it means you get 2 months :)

Mobile recharges are nightmare. Those topup cards. If we unknowingly topup for some amount our phone might change to different plan :mad: :wall: I was very careful but some other guy mistakenly recharged my number instead of his and thereby making my phone :mad:
 
check the balance with sundirect cc. it wil tell ur balance amt. each month u wil be notified with the subscription is due. so u have to check with cc to know the balance. u wil be charged 75 rs pm if u subscribed for basic package. so the balance wil be reduced according to ur package selection
 
Dear Balu,There is some problem with SUN Direct's alert system so don't worry about the mail.In my case i recharged with RS.500/- on March 8th.My subscription should expire only on Sep 7th.But i got expired alert on April 8th itself.When i spoke to CC,they said that the subscription for the March month ends on Apr 7th thats y u are getting the message but u have 375/- in your account so it will be automatically detuct 75/- on april 7th and u no need to recharge no.and just ignore the alert as it is default for all users during the month end.And it will be corrected once the oracle billing system is fully enabled.So balu , u don't worry u still has another 75/- when ur subscribtion over the system will automatically deduct the amount and you will not face any interuption.

Beware of sundirect dth, friend. I recharge my account in 20th April with Rs.200 and though it will work for two months but it is not working for two months, it is working for only one month.

I call to customer care and get the answer that we will correct it within 24 hours for the past two days.

So call customer care and get the balance details before u suffer.

Also the expiry date.

If anyone have some ideas please give me.

I am not able to access all the pay channels.

the expiry and activation dates are almost wrongly shown in the system. Previously in December my friend took one sun dth, then after one month when he called they told that his account bal is 999rs and his box was activated just yesterday:hysterical:.He enjoyed the channels since 1 month before.
