like ortucis said...bloody brilliant...but i've never had any problems with tata last 3 yrs (was thru cable provider before, now tata/vsnl)...keeping fingers crossed. i think in the cnn ibn feature, the guy was based in delhi?

u from 7star? i didnt have prob wiht 7star for 1st one and half year. but then problem started slowly slowly. and after take over by VSNL/TATA, it was even worse. with cable op u atleast cud shout or visit office plus call wud connect immediately too.but tata/vsnl everytime different person wud come on phone, complaint wont be solved for weeks. wait time was atleast 6-7 mins on phone. etc etc etc!

yes 7star amish. but if i have any problem (well technically it was only a renewal of the plan) i just call the same old number of the cable guys and they send a guy the same or next day. maybe i've lucked out but the only reason i have tata is coz of their unlimited plan for my office staff. if not F that, mtnl anyday!

i think u dont have prob because u r much closer to their main server. so cable/switch problem are detected faster and solved too.anyway goign too offtopic.

hi guys...so today i had gone to my exchange to get my plan changed asap. i was taken to some really nice guy who was supposedly in charge of the triband dept in the vile parle(e) exchange. well, as he was ordering one of the people to see to it that my plan is changed asap (he said max 2 days), we got to talking and he was saying that mumbai will soon be introducing an unlimited plan, possibly 256, and when i quizzed him some more, he said the details are just starting to trickle to him. so lets hope this happens soon

Cool. So I am not the only one to hear something abt the unlimited 256kbps plan. Lets hope its not a hoax....atleast I am hoping.
